Founder - M&A expert
I’m grateful to have grown up in an entrepreneurial family, where I was able to experience every aspect of entrepreneurship. I carry that drive and passion into my own journey—first as a banking partner for entrepreneurs, and later in a partner role where I helped more than a hundred entrepreneurs move forward with their financing strategy, acquisitions, transfers to the next generation, and bringing in investors.
For more than 17 years, through on-the-job experience and training—including “Master Personal Financial Planning”—I have gained deep insight, both technically and on a human level, into the pivotal moments entrepreneurs face. My management and CEO experience enables me to think strategically with entrepreneurs in all its facets. After all, growth requires more than just financial structuring.
Helping entrepreneurs grow and making an impact on their entrepreneurship—both privately and professionally—gives me tremendous energy.

MAGALI THIBAUT
M&A expert
With more than 12 years of experience in M&A, I have developed strong expertise in supporting companies with strategic transactions and financial challenges. My career started at the Big 4, where I spent seven years working on transactions of over €10m, both on the due diligence side and the deal execution side. There, I had the opportunity to gain deep insight into complex corporate structures and high-level strategic decision-making. After this intensive period, I felt the urge to translate my knowledge and experience to the SME market, which led me to join an M&A boutique.
The challenges brought by the COVID pandemic, and the growing demand for freelance support, led me to decide to work independently. This allowed me to advise various family offices on corporate finance matters, gaining valuable experience across different sectors and contexts.
In 2022 I met Marijke, who brought me on board at a funding agency company. Our shared values and vision on entrepreneurship created a strong connection. It was clear we hold the same standards and ambitions in high regard. This connection ultimately led to the decision to further build the GrowPilot story together with her.
