Her career began at a Big Four firm, where she spent seven years working on transactions above €10 million, both in due diligence and deal execution. This gave her a deep understanding of complex company structures and high-level strategic decisions.
Her ambition to work more closely with entrepreneurs led her to an M&A boutique and later to an independent role. As a corporate finance adviser, she supported family offices and others on a wide range of financial and strategic questions across sectors and situations.
Her professional path crossed Marijke’s in 2022. Their shared values, quality standards and view of entrepreneurship created an immediate connection. Today they continue building GrowPilot together: personally involved, financially rigorous and determined to deliver the right process for every entrepreneur.
