Entrepreneurship as a constant thread.
Marijke grew up in an entrepreneurial family and learned every facet of running a business. She carried that drive and passion into her own career: first as a banking partner for entrepreneurs and later as a partner, guiding more than one hundred business owners through financing strategies, acquisitions, family successions and the entry of investors.
Over more than seventeen years, through hands-on experience and further education including a Master in Personal Financial Planning, she developed a deep technical and human understanding of the pivotal moments entrepreneurs face.
Her management and CEO experience allows her to look beyond the transaction itself. Sustainable growth requires more than a financial structure: it also calls for clear strategic choices, support across the organisation and attention to the people behind the business.
